Where does Babette ship?
Babette ships in the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $100 ship free on standard USPS or UPS Ground.
Orders under $100 we will pass on negotiated shipping rates with USPS and UPS at check out.
There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?
Please contact us at customerservice@mybabette.com so we can fix the problem right away.
Will items shrink?
Items are cotton and will shrink. All items have care instructions to machine wash cold with like colors, non-chlorine bleach only, tumble dry low, iron low heat, do not dry clean.
Can I Include a gift note?
You bet! On the cart summary page before you checkout there is a space to leave a note.
What is your return policy?
We will happily accept returns and exchanges, within 30 days from the purchase date on all items, excluding sale items and gift cards. All returns should be in original product packaging and unused condition for a full refund with a receipt or proof of purchase (excluding your original Shipping & Handling Fees).
Do you accept exchanges?
We offer exchanges! You can exchange your new, unused items if you need a new size or color by contacting customerservice@mybabette.com. Exchanges may be placed within 30 days of the order date.
