Wholesale Terms
2023 WHOLESALE TERMS
This Agreement is between Babette LLC (referred to as we, our or us) and the Customer (referred to as you or your) and consists of these Key Terms and the General Conditions:
Approved retailer / 3rd party
To become an authorized retailer, please contact sales@mybabette.com
We do not allow you to re-sell our products on a third-party marketplace such as Amazon or eBay (non-exhaustive list).
Wholesale Prices –MSRP
Wholesale prices* are available to approved retail store and/or website.
You are not permitted to sell any Babette products for less than the MSRP. For temporary discount, please contact your sales rep prior to the sale. *Prices do not include freight, insurance, applicable surcharges, taxes, duties or other government charges, all which are your responsibility.
Minimum Order
The minimum order is $500 USD for the opening order and $250 USD for any re-orders. Please note shipping is not included. We ask for:
- A minimum of 2 units per SKUs
Placing Orders
Please contact sales@mybabette.com or via phone (503) 704-2927. Once you are approved as a retailer we will send you a wholesale line sheet. You can see item available to purchase under the wholesale collection. Prices on the website are retail.
Shipping
Shipping in Portland, Oregon Metro area is free.
Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping.
Shipping Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. We are willing to use your your UPS or Fed Ex Third Party account for shipping if desired.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
Please contact sales@mybabette.com if you there are any shipping errors or damaged goods.
Payment
Payment will be charged at shipping. We accept credit cards, checks, wire transfers
Exclusivity
We do not offer exclusivity of the Babette brand products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other or offer them a different product mix.
Termination
Babette, at its sole discretion, has the right to terminate the trading agreement with Customer on providing 60 days notice to the Customer.
