Returns & Exhcanges

We will happily accept returns and exchanges, within 30 days from the purchase date on all items, excluding sale items and  gift cards.  All returns should be in original product packaging and unused condition for a full refund with a receipt or proof of purchase (excluding your original Shipping & Handling Fees).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note, we will not refund your original shipping fees and we will deduct the return shipping fee from your return.  

Exchanges

We offer exchanges! You can exchange your new, unused items if you need a new size or color by following the below link, exchanges may be placed within 30 days of the order date.:

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return, you can do so within 30 days of the shipping date, and will receive a merchandise credit on a digital gift card. Please follow details at this link.

Please Note, we will not refund your original shipping fees and we will deduct charge an additional shipping fee for your exchange 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Please note we will not refund shipping fees and we will deduct the shipping fee for the return. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@mybabette.com.
